Terms of Service

Our goal is to create a simple, straight forward Terms of Service for Notify My Team (NMT) that is easy to understand. If you have questions, concerns, or suggestions, please contact us.

Not an Emergency Service

NMT is not a replacement for 911, police, fire, or other emergency services. If you find yourself in an emergency, please utilize your local emergency services immediately.

Uptime

NMT is constructed it to be extremely reliable. We've built it upon industry leaders Liquid Web, SendGrid, and Twilio. However, internet service outages do happen on occasion. You agree not to hold NMT or Pure Adapt, Inc responsible for any damages related to such outages.

When outages do occur, you are eligible for a refund on all affected messages.

Money Back Guarantee

If you're unsatisfied with NMT for any reason, we'll refund the full amount of your current month's payment. If you pay yearly, we will refund 1/12th of the yearly cost of your subscription.

Promotions

We run promotions to attract new customers. Promotional offers are limited to one offer per customer. Existing customers who did not sign up with a promotional offer may contact us once to have a single promotional offer applied to their account.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time without any further commitments. If you did not use your account the month prior to cancelling, you may request a refund for that month's payment. If you pay yearly, we will refund 1/12th of the yearly cost of your subscription.

Account Closure

If you do not have an active subscription, your NMT account remains in a read-only mode so that you can manage team members, view historical posts, and more. This is intended for seasonal businesses or any other organization that may resubscribe after cancellation.

If you'd like to completely delete your account and remove all of you and your organization's personal information, please have the Admin who set up your account contact us. All requests will be processed within 30 days.

Copyright, Trademark, and Content Ownership

All content on NMT is protected by the copyright laws of the United States of America. You agree not to reproduce, sell, or exploit any portion of our site without the express written consent of NMT. You are not permitted to use the Notify My Team name or any trademarks, logos, or domain names in a way that implies partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement from NMT unless you have explicit written permission from us.

You retain all intellectual property rights over information and material that you provide in conjunction with the use of the NMT service.

Abuse & Fraud

NMT reserves the right to cancel subscriptions, close accounts, or deny access to users or customers that match a pattern of abuse or fraud. NMT will pursue, to the fullest extent of the law, the recovery of all funds resulting from erroneous credit card chargebacks. NMT reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
